TEST (summative assessment) on The Great Gatsby. It will consist of 40 multiple choice questions and 10 true/false questions. You will also be given a 'take-home" test (another summative assessment) consisting of several essay type questions of which you will choose only two to answer. I will also post the essays here on WEEBLY after Thursday's class. They will be assessed using the familiar English Department Writing Rubric.

Thursday, April 25th will be the first computer lab class. Plan and gather visuals for the magazine which will be completed at the end of the 2nd computer lab class MOnd. NONE!
Note -- I decided to assign two grades in Power School for the Research Paper on the American Author: the MLA section and the CONTENT section. The third section of the rubric, CREATIVITY, is the magazine visuals which will become a summative assessment in Q4.
